Murray is incredibly professional, personable, kind, flexible, and committed to delivering the highest quality of work. I cannot recommend him more highly. When obstacles arose several times and we needed to reschedule or change things up he was ready and willing and never made me feel as though it was an inconvenience. He went above and beyond and even clean some extra stairs on his own accord because he thought it would help sell my house I was preparing to put on the market. I searched around for the best price and he is priced very competitively to top it all off!!! You won't find a better deal! My carpets look brand new and they were severely worn!

4 spots were cleaned, but rest of carpet, especially the family room looked dirty, the wear marks were obvious everywhere. The study showed circular indentations that should have been less obvious with cleaning. The other rooms also should have looked cleaned with indentations removed. Also the time spent cleaning was 1.5 hrs which is barely enough to vacuum the carpet. I vacuumed the next day & there was no improvement in the appearance.

I believe I provided Quality work at a reasonable price wear marks from your so called fat tenant will not restore your carpet back to its original condition I take a lot of pride in the work I perform and would have rectified any problems if there were any? indentations from your tenants heavy furniture that crushed your carpets conformity may or may not come back to its original appearance over the course of time I believe you took advantage of my service with no intention of ever making payment in witch you did not one could only wonder why your tenant walked out on your lease I use this income to provide four my family and hope you have the same luck with your next tenant regards Murray Type your response to this review.
