- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $247 per session for short-term coaching clients; and provide a discounted rates for 6-month contracts. $227 per month for a single coaching session per month; $407 per month for two coaching sessions per month; and $777 for four coaching sessions per month. I also charge for online training systems, if warranted. My initial session with all prospective clients is free of charge; and is designed to get an in-depth understanding of what the client needs and if there is a mutual fit for a coaching relationship.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer all new clients a free 1-hour consultation to understand their specific situation before I offer to engage in a coaching relationship. I want to make sure clients are a fit for me; and ensure them that I am a fit for them. After this initial session, I send them a written scope and cost proposal to continue working together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. I have also completed one of the top Life-Coaching programs in the world through the Institution of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). I use the Core Energy Coaching process taught by iPEC for coaching clients. And... I have over 30-years experience working in a corporate sales environment and 16-years as a successful small business owner. I started, grew and sold a multi-million dollar small business.
