Alternating periods of resistance training using everything from body weight to TRX suspension trainers and kettlebells tones and develops specific muscle groups to promote a balanced increase in your total body strength. Best of all, with this dynamic training method you’ll burn 500 to 1000 calories every workout and increase your metabolic rate for days afterward. Every class ends with a cool down period and a series of carefully chosen stretching exercises from the martial arts and yoga.
