Great!May 25, 2017Verified
Great experience with Martino so far. I really like his professionalism and caring approach that I believe will help accomplish my goals faster than I expect to get done. Great training so far and hope to have the same experience going forward. Very pleased.May 18, 2017Verified
Martino is very knowledgeable and fun to work out with. We have only had two sessions so far, but I can tell we are going to get along very well. He is positive and encouraging which is the type of training I respond to. I cannot wait to see how my body is going to transform over the course of the next year!May 16, 2017Verified
Martino is an excellent trainer. He listened to my concerns, plans, and worked with me to put together a great routine that's always changing and quite challenging. I am getting results, and very highly recommend him. As I'm an old fart (50), of he can help me, he can help anyone. All it takes is effort on your part.May 6, 2017Verified
Training with Martino has elevated my workouts to the next level. His patience and knowledge have helped me hone in on what works for me!Mar 14, 2017

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We will sit down and do an initial consultation, talking about goals and what they are looking to accomplish in the gym. Then will perform a series of fitness assessments to see what kind of muscular imbalances they might have, and from there I would be able to create a program that will direct my client in the right direction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?National Personal Training Institute- May 2014 CPT-NASM, Youth Exercise Specialist, Golf Fitness Specialist, boxing fitness.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?Since the age of 7, I've been involved in multiple different sports. Football, baseball, martial arts, and golf. I owe a lot to my father, who passed away last year, if it wasn't for him I wouldn't be the man I am today. In 2012 I really started to focus on fitness, and made my whole life revolve around the gym, I became obsessed with bodybuilding, crossfit, and was a volunteer boxing coach in downtown Denver. Finally decided that fitness was my calling and signed up at the National Personal Training Institute in Lakewood, definitely the best decision I have ever made. Now I love what I do, everyday is a new challenge, and being able to help someone find themselves through fitness is the most rewarding part of my career. Each client that I train have different goals, but all have a similar road. Which is to have more confidence, and that is really my goal is to help people have more confidence in themselves to be able to the strongest versions of themselves, not just in the gym, but outside the gym in their everyday lives as well.
