Introduction: I have almost 2 decades of experience working with people from all walks of life in various settings. My coaching practice offers a variety of styles to best meet individualized needs including Law of Attraction coaching, spiritual practices including meditation and daily gratitude; focusing on client strengths. My approach is compassionate and supportive yet direct. I feel very fortunate to witness each person's journey and transformation through coaching. It's really beautiful to see someone 'remember' how powerful and amazing they are which then creates positive shifts in their life. I am honored to walk this path with my clients.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. I offer a 30 minute free phone consultation so the client has an opportunity to see if we would be a good fit working together. 2. Discuss fees; send paperwork to be completed including goals for coaching, privacy policies etc. 3. Each session starts with successes/ wins; set goal for the session; review 'take aways' for the session; agree on homework.

Bachelor's of Social Work- University of Southern Maine 2004 Masters of Social Work--University of Denver (2005 Certified Law of Attraction Life Coach--Quantum Success Coaching Academy--2015
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been a social worker since I was 18 y/o; starting in group homes through college. I earned my BSW at the University of Southern Maine; and my MSW at the University of Denver in 2005.Since then I have practiced social work in various settings working with people from all walks of life. In 2014, I decided to work with people in more a a coaching setting adding in spiritual practices.
