My typical process for working with new customers is to be upfront and honest. I let them know what I'm doing, how I'm doing it and why. I am very responsive to texts and phone calls.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did 4 years of trade school. I graduated from IEC 2003. I have been in the trade 15 years.
