- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very flexible. We will work with you and your budget. The quotes you receive are not set in stone! So please feel free to let us know what works for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make it a point to get to know our customers before their special event. It is important that we meet with our clients, preferably in person. There are a lot of factors that go into curating your perfect day and learning as much as we can about our customers can make it their day that much better! We understand that certain events, especially weddings, can be stressful to plan. It is EXTREMELY important to us that we are not one of the factors in adding to that stress. We will meet with our clients has many times as they need in order to make them feel comfortable with our services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of the DJ's at Branded Music Productions are CU Denver Music Business students who graduated in 2017. We have a firm grasp on how to handle client relations and satisfy their demands. In addition, we are all well seasoned DJ's with 5 plus years of experience under our belts. Before starting Branded Music Productions, we had worked through other DJ agency's, DJ'ing and MC'ing 75-100 (on average) events a year.
