Introduction: I’m a licensed contractor in four counties I’ve been in business for thirty years with thirty five years experience. I specialize in basement additions but I a variety of skills in wood work cabinet installs and have recently relocated to Dunedin Florida I enjoy framing basements because I'm able to see the end result it is a great feeling.I also like setting cabinets as well on my jobs and managing the sub's through the rest of the project.

Zane did such a great job on my mudroom! He did exactly what I wanted and he was very reasonable. I appreciate that he came on time and really went over the information with us up front on what he was planning to do. He was super knowledgeable. He was a pleasure! Zane was amazing!! He was very responsive and Punctual. If he was going to be late or was stuck on a different job, He made sure to let you know. His work was great and was a great value. He was really a life saver for us on our remodel project. I would recommend him and will be calling him again for future projects.

Zane did awesome work for us. He helped us figure out a solution to our weirdly designed basement and was quick and thorough completing the framing. He showed up promptly every morning and cleaned the basement every evening before he left. He takes great pride in his work and made sure every detail of the framing was correct. Zane is also a general contractor and he gave us tons of valuable advice regarding every other aspect of finishing our basement. Thanks, Zane!

Zane was professional, knowledgeable, and punctual. We hired him to frame in some small walls. His framing knowledge and attention to detail made a seamless transition to the existing walls he attached to. He made sure our belongings were protected during the work, and he was fastidious in cleaning up before he left the job. We highly recommend him, and would certainly hire him again.
