Introduction: I am passionate about helping people discover what they are capable of. I truly believe that we are stronger, and more resilient than we give ourselves credit for. I treat each person individually, and program exercise with their unique movement strengths & needs in mind. I strive to enable and empower my clients, not to have them rely on me as their coach. I will teach you proper resistance training technique, so you are confident exercising by yourself in the gym. Seeing a client's hard work and dedication pay off by achieving their goals. Celebrating the small daily or weekly achievements like performing your first push-up or pull-up, running your first half-marathon or 5k, or simply being able to stand up out of a chair unassisted for the first time in years, are the moments I thrive off of and truly enjoy.

People often refer fitness professionals as trainers but Robert is more than that , he is a teacher who helps me train myself to achieve my goals . He teaches on proper lifting technique and training methods and not try squeeze money out. I’m just average bloke who works all day every day with will to become the best version of me , Robert has been strategically helping me to achieve my goals in getting my fitness back . I have old injuries and Roberts programs are dedicated to accommodate that (injuries) help regain strength and fitness .Robert Teachings will better your strength, performance. That pic was my early morning UN planned session with Robert . In the past 14 years I would never try to lift weights in the morning , but now it’s changed . *** The first review it was suppose to be 5 stars and not 4 stars ( with typos) I couldnt edit it to make corrections on Thumbtack so this a second accurate review****

Robert is so knowledgeable and professional. He understands how far to push me, and I have never been hurt in the 2 yrs I have worked with him. He is without a doubt the best trainer EVER, and I know this because I have worked with other trainers over the years.
