- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer some of the best prices in Colorado. Most of our customers are treated quarterly and are given an initial discount if they decide to try our service for a year. We also offer one-time services but do not usually recommend them if you plan to be in your home for a while. Trust us, the pest always come back!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Think has a 5-star service protocol when working with new customers. Once the customer has contacted us, we will schedule your pest control service appointment. 1. Same or next day call back service 2. Knockdown wasp nests and spider webs 3. Treat weep holes and landscape areas 4. Spray inside (as needed) and outside perimeter 5. Check bait stations every service (if applicable)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 20 years in the pest control industry. We are licensed with the state and are attend on-going trainings. We are up to date with the most current pest solutions and environmentally friendly methods.
