If you are reading this in your search for a qualified repair person, look no further than Kevin Granados and his company Bay Area Heating and Air. I have complained for years about about how the quality of the service sector in general has dropped to new lows. I spoke to Kevin just to set up the appointment and he took me through some possible problems with my furnace. I knew right away that I was onto someone that I could have confidence in. An appointment was made and a call made to let me know he was on his way to my home. Throughout our visit Kevin showed what a professional should be, knowledgeable, patient in his explanations about what he was doing, honest and very polite. This guy is the real deal. He has reaffirmed my confidence in the service sector...and I now have my heat back! I would definitely recommend and use him in the future. Thank you Kevin!

Kevin the technician that came to my home and performed the work was on time did great work on my vents and also very knowledgeable about what I needed to have done. I feel very good about having East Bay Heating and Air and Kevin keeping my vents working great on an annual basis.

East Bay Heating did a tremendous job on my heater tune up. The service was very thorough and included cleaning parts that are usually not covered by other companies. All the vents in my home were measured for air flow and smoke and carbon monoxide alarms were checked. In addition, the provider will send me service reminders in the future. I highly recommend this service provider and will continue with his services.

Kevin was a wonderful technician! He took the time to explain our furnace issues as well as the diagnostic. We are looking forward to the repair we've scheduled with him and it's great to know that the $69 we paid for the diagnostic will go toward the repair of our unit. He's awesome and I will definitely refer him to our neighborhood friends!

I off Tune up specials for $58 and repairs needed for the system i call the manufacture to get the best available price for the client.

Listen to the clients concerns and answer any questions the best i can. I believe in a client focused company.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated #1 in my class at Wyotech University in Fremont Ca. I worked for a big company for 8 years services all types of gas furnaces and Air conditioners. From high efficiency to standard attics or crawls space systems I've do it all.
