Okay! You know how you try something for the first time and you don't have a high expectation because, well, you are just cynical. Boy! was I pleased and impressed. The food is amazing, variety and complex yet interesting flavors. Debbie really love her WORK and it shows. I used her services while recovering from a surgery. I'm so glad I did. Debbie is a highly experienced chef that is eager to meet her clients needs. She was very attentive to my dietary needs. Very quick to respond to emails/texts and was flexible with scheduling when I had a unforeseen conflict (thanks!). - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My pricing is based on a fixed fee per visit. I offer a 30-minute complimentary consultation to learn more about your needs and requirements, and then I can put together a package that works within your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I begin with a complimentary 30-minute consultation to learn about what you're looking for in a personal chef. We will also comb through my food questionnaire so I can learn more about your food likes and dislikes, as well as any dietary restrictions. Once I have all this, I can put together a package that includes pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a self-taught chef. I have also spent extensive time in Europe and SE Asia taking various cooking classes to hone my skills in particular niche cuisines.
