FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing Depends on many factors, but to help make my prices transparant here are some of the factors I must consider when writing up an invoice -Distance to and from the gig -How easy will it be for me to set up and tear down my gear -Will I need to hire a second pair of hands to assist me -How much sound (speakers) do I need to bring to properly fill the room with sound -Expectation level of the client - Any extra services (dancing on a cloud, intelligent lighting, photo booth options)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I treat every potential client as if it was my sister or mom getting married. I am what is called a "Single Op" in the deejaying world. From start to finish I am the sole operator of my business and I will be your go to person for everything and anything. Timeline planning, playlist planning, announcements and introductions, ceremony music planning. And best of all I will be the one to show up and perform your event for you. I enjoy this business model because it gives me the chance to learn more about my clients personally and professionally. By the time the event come I generally know the parents, children, cousins, in short I get to learn about you, which in turn helps me make your day custom tailored just for you with that personal touch.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do have a background in music and can play a few different instruments. But Interestingly I am a professional by day, my primary job is I am a Nurse (RN, BSN). Though this has nothing to do with music, because of my line of work you can expect nothing but the best in terms of professionalism. Also because of my professional license I am legally clean, safe to work around children, and overall a responsible person.
