Introduction: I believe that everyone has an incredible opportunity to change his/her health and fitness for the better, and I am dedicated to utilizing my personal experiences to help you achieve more than you ever thought possible. I am available for one-on-one and private group training, group fitness classes, and sport-specific training, all within a well-equipped and comfortable setting easily accessible to the metro Detroit area. I also provide day of competition handling/coaching (including but not limited to powerlifting and strongman). A little bit about me: I have lost and kept off over 50lbs through consistent exercise and mindful eating. I discovered my passion for strength sports over 2 years ago starting with kettlebell sport. I started competing in powerlifting (squat, bench, deadlift) that same year, and this year added strongman. I hold several world records in both kettlebell and powerlifting, including a few world championship 1st place finishes. I believe that training (regardless of method) is not only good for health and physical fitness but can also be empowering. My passion for lifting has given me the opportunity to be a part of Relentless Detroit, a local organization that supports families of kids with life-altering illnesses. I'm not sure what exactly to say here. I go to Aissa at the least 2 times a week, usually 3 and I'm going to up it to 4. ..Aissa is a fantastic trainer and friend. She is patient and is very conscience of your form. She pushes you when you need it and is one of the most supportive people I know. She goes above and beyond and I am proud to have her as a trainer and a friend!! If you're looking for someone to help meet your goals, she is one of the best. I'd recommend her to anyone!!!

Aissa is an awesome trainer. Not easy, so be prepared to sweat your butt off. She is always watching you to make sure you are doing the workouts properly. Very well trained in her profession. She Rocks!

Aissa is an amazing trainer! She is very knowledgable and pushes those she trains to become the best that the can be. I would highly recommend her!
