- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to always meet with my clients for a free one on one sit down where we talk about what you’d like to accomplish with training and let you decide if I’m a good fit for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I received my Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science and Kinesiology from WSU and am currently in the middle of obtaining a NSCA CSCS (Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist) which is widely regarded as the highest level of training certifications.
