- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our competitive pricing within the industry is economical for all homeowners and businesses. When you book an appointment with us, we come prepared to complete the job with the tools and knowhow from projects big or small. For smaller jobs we charge an hourly rate of $68 / hr with a one time $35 service fee. Booking a full 8 hr day we charge a flat rate of $500 with a discounted $60 / hr for every hour over 8. All major jobs we will give a competitive estimate for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licenced and insured. Trained in plumbing, electrical, building, and hvac. From your small jobs to complete remodels, we are confident we will leave you satisfied 10 out of 10 times and look forward to gaining your buisness.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with customers from all over. Mostly based in metro Detroit area. We work on most all residential customers, commercial, and light industrial work.
