- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price of my services is determined by the nature and description of the work. Location can certainly affect costs but I pride myself on what I offer not what I make so you'll never pay too much!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers its important for me to make my people feel at home. People need to trust an individual since many documents requiring notarization are sensitive documents; it's my job to ensure that these documents are private and confidential.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive training in business ethics and customer service! As a licensed Loan Originator we have continuing education programs that focus on proper business practices, ethics and quality customer service. We monitor trends and look for things that appease to our clients and try to meet those requests. These skills and yearly training I try to apply to all jobs as this is important in everything we do.
