- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is generally by square foot and the layout of the floor is a determining factor. It's hard to give a sight unseen estimate i.e. stains on hardwood floors, boards that need replaced, ect. We try to give a rough number sometimes, that is not set in stone though. We also offer a 5% discount for active, non-active military and first responders. We do have a minimum job price of $600, it is a flexible minimum with in reason.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know what exactly they are looking for, and making the process easier and less confusing. I try to provide more than one option and price point that fits there taste. I also give the customer plenty of time to compare products, we also help in this process by talking to reps and manufacturers that make or sell the product.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 13 years in construction and 7 plus in flooring. We have sanded thousands of square feet of hardwood and installed thousands more. We have installed thousands feet of tile, wall and floor, with or without design. It's like first nature to us, we can look at a room and know the layout and starting points.
