- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is very difficult to give you a fair price without seeing your home. I always set up an inital appointment to discuss your needs and budget. I try to stay as close as possible to price I quote on Thumbtack
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was the environmental services manager in a large health care facility, which provided me training in cleaning techniques, OSHA guidelines, hiring and training, and customer service. It also taught me about humility and compassion for the aging.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would absolutely advise you to check the background and references before hiring someone.
