- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For my cakes the pricing is based on the size and for my cupcakes and cookies price range from quantity.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually start off with a lower price then I would use with my regular customers just so they can get a taste of how my products are.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to a school specializing in culinary arts and learned the basics. However, I got to where I am through practicing and from work.
