Rolos did our kitchen sink job on Monday. He was on time he made an appointment couple days back. He was friendly and wore shoes cover as requested without any hesitation. During the installation he needed some alteration under the sink and he went himself to Home Depot to get the stuff. He took his time to finish the job he never looked in a hurry and during the job he was fully dedicated towards his current job. I took some other estimates from him.His price was reasonable as compare to other and I still negotiated with him and he worked with me about the price. He’s very professional don’t waste your time looking for others I highly recommend him . I will 1000% hire him again. Thank you Rolos all the best.

As a first-time homeowner but someone with a good amount of mechanical skill, I decided to take on the job of installing a garbage disposal by myself. You might guess since I'm writing a review here that things didn't go according to plan, and I decided I needed a professional. To make a long story short, the drain pipe is higher than the output of the garbage disposal, meaning the flow would reverse back into the disposal due to gravity if the plumbing wasn't set up correctly. I could guesstimate the best way to fit things together, but wasn't confident my effort would be leak-free. Rolo was able to come out on very short notice. In total it was something like 14 hours from logging into Thumbtack on a Saturday night, to hearing the doorbell ring the next morning. He and his helper were both quick, courteous and professional. They had no problems answering my various questions, and were very respectful of me as a plumbing newbie. (Wisely, they did go back over my work with the disposal though!) For a good price, I got a rock-solid installation under my kitchen sink, and done fast to boot. He even does Venmo! Do yourself a favor and call this man if you need some work done.

I hired Rolo to install my 55" t.v by mounting it to the wall with a swivel type bracket. This project took less than 24 hours from the time I entered it on Thumbtack to it being complete. Rolo gave me a very reasonable bid immediately, picked up the parts, brought a helper and showed up on time. The install was done in less than an hour!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the hour on repair jobs and I have a 2 hour minimum . If it looks like a multi day event, I would opt for a fixed price. Sometimes it's more beneficial to the client to go this route.i
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to briefly get to know exactly what my customers/ clients are looking. It may be an emergency plumbing issue or a bathroom update, for the most part the initial dialogue is always the same.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've had 5 years in handyman and residential construction. For that time I've been a full time handyman with no gaps. In the last 2 years I've begun doing things on my own and I have some great feedback from my clients.
