I have had Bill work for me for 3 years. He has maintained my koi pond in a very efficient manner. Bill rebuilt the water fall and it is truly beautiful.
At all times I have found Bill to be dependable, reliable,hardworking, conscientious, honest, peace-loving and courteous. He is very passionate with the koi pond and takes pride in his work.

Mr. Swearingen put in a 70 foot fence for me, Bill was very professional and courteous. The work went beyond what was expected, quick and clean. Over al cost was very reasonable. I'm planning on using Mr. Swearingen again, Thanks Bill.
