- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are essentially all inclusive. We don't charge for unlimited prints, 4x6 prints, custom template, props or a USB flash drive of your photos. It's all included!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually email them my contract and event details form for them to complete. I prefer to meet with them once it is completed to go over everything with them and collect the deposit. Next I email or text them several templates that match their theme. Sometimes I match the template to their invitation. Once the template is chosen, I will contact them about 2 weeks before their event and review the details. Then it's party time!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been a photographer since the 90's before digital. I take several classes throughout the year and constantly watch YouTube photographers to learn new techniques. I also belong to multiple Facebook photography and Photo Booth groups.
