I contacted Don Allen to come give me an estimate on replacing my roof as well as inspecting my roof to see if it was worth the time to get an insurance adjuster out. He suggested I call the insurance company and he also offered to come out when the adjuster came to look over the roof with them. Mr. Allen had his son get on the roof with the adjuster and there was enough damage to warrant replacement by the insurance company. Once the claim was filed and check arrived I called Mr. Allen and he got his crew out and replaced the roof in one day, plus they did a few small things extra that my wife asked to be done. Very reasonably priced and very accommodating to work with and answered any and all questions I had for him. Never asked for any money up front. Communication was excellent and always answered the phone or returned calls immediately. Couldn't have asked for a better experience so far. Very knowledgeable on what the insurance company would need to process the whole claim as this was my first experience with a roof repair/replacement claim. I would recommend Don Allen and Allen Construction to anyone needing a shingle roof replaced or repaired as they do not do metal. As a matter of fact I am looking for people to recommend him to.

Mr. Don Allen was great! He made the process of replacing my roof extremely easy for me. One week I was told I needed a new roof the next week Allen roofing had the old one off and new one on. No mess. Very quick. Definitely would recommend.

I would recommend Mr. Allen a 100%. This was the first time dealing with roof damage and insurance claims and it was very frustrating. Don came to my house and helped me from the beginning to the end by assisting me with steps when I received the insurance check down to after the work was finished. I am a single mother, I trust him wholeheartedly he didn't try to get over on me at all. His prices were very reasonable the quality of his work was excellent. He displayed a big company workmanship with the heart of a small company. I wasn't just a check but a woman that needed help, because I had no idea what needed to be done and that goes a long way in my opinion. Thank Don for making this experience stress free. 😊

Mr. Allen made this a seamless process, from selecting the shingles to going through the insurance process. He was easy to reach, trustworthy, and ensured the work was completed as specified. The workers left not a trace that they’d been there...except for the brand new roof. Highly recommend and would refer him to family and friends.

I placed a request for a roof replacement at a 1700 sqft farm house that I was flipping. Donald quickly responded to the request. His price is fair as my previous contractor's. I hired him for the job due to available schedule. His young partners did a good roof replacement. However, they did not magnetically clean up all roof nails on ground.
