Had a virus, making it impossible to get work done. I use my computer for business. Zane was extremely helpful and walked me through how to get the remote program on my computer and in an hour had my computer fixed! Thank you so much!!! Definitely going to keep your information and refer you to my friends and co-workers.

Was having trouble with some of the settings on my new iMac. So I called on Zane to give me some help. He was able to connect and run my Mac through remote access (the process where he is able to see and control my Mac from his computer). I was very impressed as I just sat there and watched him sort everything
out. Very good service and now my settings are complete. Very happy with his help and service.
