FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It does not cost a buyer anything to work with me. For sellers my rate is 6%. Half of that is split with the buyer's agent and the half I take is split again with my broker.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Buyers: We would first need to determine your price range and time frame to buy. If you will be taking out a loan I have some lenders I can recommend if you are not currently working with one. It is very important to be pre-qualifed before looking. Shopping for a home without a prequal letter is like shopping at the mall without your wallet. If you find the perfect house you will want that prequlification to make an offer, since many desirable houses go quickly. Next I would need to know what kind of criteria you are looking for. I personally look for new listings on a regular basis and can send them to your email. If you find anything you like we will set up an appointment to view the interior. Sellers: I would love to meet with you to tour your home and discuss your plans and time frame. I will bring comparable sales in the area so we can establish an appropriate listing price for your home. I will also discuss with what to do to get your home ready to sell. Once we have papers signed I will have a professional photographer come to your home. These photos will be for the multiple listing services online. I will also put a sign in your yard and a supra lockbox that keeps a record of every agent that uses it. All appointments will be scheduled through you unless instructed otherwise.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
75 hours of pre-licence education, 25 hours post-license, 36 hours continuing education and over 100 hours of additional education and training.
