FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unfortunately, all projects are like a finger print and standard pricing can over charge or under charge and neither are good business. A quality evaluation of scope and materials being used is key in creating a competitive proposal. We do offer discounts when work is within certain parameter so feel free to ask what we are currently offering for your project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy the first call to learn about potential project. An in-person meeting with or without drawings is next to discuss design, timelines and potential costs. Once plans are approved, final bids and schedule are submitted and approved, then the work begins soon after. For the rest, only those that hire us get to know, but spoiler alert, it goes well!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed a PHCC 4 Year Apprenticeship to become a Journeyman Plumber and I have taken ethics training and OSHA safety classes.
