Art consistently exceeded our expectations with the sale of our home. We were fearful that a broker who only asked for a reduced commission might only put forth a 1/3 of the work and effort a 3% brokerage would typically do. From the meet-and-greet on, Art helped comfort and educate us that this was not the case. And he was right! We've sold and purchased numerous times over the years and have never received the level of customer service and dedication to client (us) as we received with Art. Even when we moved out of state half way through the listing process, Art and his team were always available to assist if/when we needed someone. Art garnered extensive feedback from other agents who viewed the home throughout the process and helped us to leverage that input and end up with multiple offers. Art made selling my rental property very easy. He had everything ready to go the day we decided to put it on the market.
