Brent really knows his stuff! He is highly knowledgable about nutrition and fitness. Before training with him I thought I knew a lot about nutrition. Turns out, I didn't know much at all. I was doing a ton of damage to my body by eating things I perceived as healthy. My joints, & stomach hurt almost constantly before he helped me realize what exactly I was eating. Now, I have little to no pain. It's a whole new limitless world for me. I also had arthroscopic knee surgery on both of my knees. The perscribed physical therapy I received hardly helped my recovery. Thankfully, Brent knew all the right exercises to help me recover and get stronger than ever. Lastly, I tore the labrum in my right hip. Once again Brent knew the exact right exercises to help me recover and strengthen that area. I'm seriously thankful I had him as my trainer through all of this! I highly recommend him as a trainer and nutrition specialist for people of all fitness and skill levels. Even after he helped me recover from my surgeries and injury, he continued to help me become the strongest I've ever been. I'm a client for life!

I've done both individual training and class boot camp training with Brent! By far he is the best trainer out there. He caters to your individual needs for workouts and helps you reach those goals.
