About this pro
An absolute paragon of hard work and professionalism, our experience was nothing but excellent. Not only was he efficient, but his willingness to keep us informed every step of the way was absolutely refreshing and kept us reassured of our investment from start to finish. A truly exceptional experience.May 1, 2018Verified
Where do we start. To begin with William showed up to our house over an hour late. We needed an estimate for a mud room addition and some basic work done in the bathroom. He mounted a cabinet and towel rack but left pilot holes from missing the measurements. He told us he would come back the following day to plug the holes and deliver the drawings for the mud room. We didn’t hear back for weeks. After numerous attempts to contact him were unsuccessful, we tried him from an alternate number where he answered right away. This was unsettling because it meant he was dodging our calls for him to come complete the work he started. After a brief conversation, William said he won’t come finish the job unless we pay him. We already paid him for the work. I am warning all potential people to stay away a from William. His work was sub par, unfinished and he is completely unprofessional. I don’t want to make this personal, but he did say somethings about our kids that I initially brushed aside. They were inappropriate and frankly, very creepy. We should have trusted our gut from the beginning and never let him work in our home. Stay away!!!Apr 3, 2018VerifiedWilliam M.'s reply
Again it's funny customers also has their opinion their point of view. I charged the two hours for my labor told him I had to come back to do the rest but it would cost them more for I was not ready to patch. They wanted me to patch and to repaint the walls for 70 bucks. New homeowners nice people good kids confused. I was hoping that there was more work but when I gave him a price it could not afford it.
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?the more work the more fair. 4 hours that's my whole day mostly. Price goes up. before days discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?of course to the introduction, then the construction and then I get paid. no small jobs I found fund upfront
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?nothing but hands on I would watch the pros and they would show me because I was attentive persistent aggressive to do what they did to build a house.
