I retained Michelle's services to cater a celebratory function by the Board of Directors of a large corporation in the City of Costa Mesa fully aware that this is not what Michelle does but in my mind it was food related and reached out to her. She asked all the right questions, provided several menu options and stayed within budget. She arrived to the venue on time, in professional attire and set up a lovely presentation/display. The quantity and quality of the food as well as the preparation and display received very positive comments from everyone in attendance including the Board of Directors. Michelle was able to stay within the small budget allocated for the function, arrived at the time requested, left prior to the commencement of the function and everything food wise could not have gone any smoother. I made points with my bosses that night thanks to Michelle's talents and will hire her in the future whenever the opportunity arises.
