About this pro
Had yet another wonderful experience. The team moved our piano upstairs with ease. They responded quickly, had a fair value for the job done and very satisfied.Aug 19, 2018Verified
These men did an excellent job with a difficult task of going up 50 steep stairs. Would definitely recommend their work!May 31, 2018Verified
Both movers were kind gentleman. I could tell that they take pride in their work. Would definitely refer them to others! Mr. Rykov was very much a professional and has a strong work ethic. Thank you!May 31, 2018Verified
Alex responded and moved our antique piano within 24 hours of the work request, on JANUARY 1st! (so much respect for those willing to work hard!) Clear communication, easy to schedule and he and his team were right on time. I highly recommend!Jan 2, 2018Verified

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? After you contact us by phone, via e-mail, Facebook, or leave a request on our website and we will call you back shortly. We will then offer a free in-home estimate and send you a written agreement by email or text. Next, we will prepare all the necessary equipment and materials according to our written agreement.Once we arrive, we will very carefully pack and load your stuff as safely and quickly as possible. Furniture disassembling is included. Once we get to your new home, we will immediately get to work unloading your things. While the move is being completed, the client checks the items and verifies that everything is in its original condition and nothing is left behind. Then, the contract is signed and the payment is processed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We are a licensed and insured business and have the training that pertains to these licenses.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I came here to America four years ago from Russia and worked with a moving company. With this company, I received great training and gained a lot of experience. In my second year of living in California, I won a boxing championship and that taught me that I can work hard and succeed here in America. So, armed with all of my experience, I saved money and bought a few trucks to start my own business. I researched and got insurance and licenses. I have worked hard to build a successful business. I love what I do and I love helping others fulfill their dreams!
