Introduction: I am certified Personal Trainer who’s skilled at motivating and coaching clients in boxing and kickboxing. I was born and grew up in Siberia and I learned the art of fighting from my family which is the bearer of Long-stand Siberian cossack martial arts. I am the boxing champion of Siberia, the MMA champion of Siberia and The Far East. I came to America in 2014 and won the California state boxing championship in 2015. Very enthusiastic about instructing groups and individuals on exercise activities and the fundamentals of boxing and Siberian martial arts by demonstrating proper techniques and methods of functional movement. I just love to inspire people. I am truly passionate about martial arts and health and I am always trying to learn and improve my method of training. Sharing my lifestyle and fitness routines with my clients and having a positive impact on their lives is what I enjoy the most.

Everything is going well actually going superb!!!. Alex is an experienced trainer who understands how to bring out the best in you! I have never ever seen those amazing siberian techniques which I learned from him! He is encouraging, patient, shows you the right form to get the best results. He is an excellent trainer and I plan on maintaining the relationship for a very long time. I can see results, he talks to you about your eating plan, gives tips and is just vested in you and your progress. I made an excellent choice and highly recommend him for those serious about improving their fighting skills and forms. I am losing weight, building muscle and feeling better each week.
