- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unlike some companies, all of our fees are listed on our website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step one is viewing the property, it's impossible to advise an owner until we know what we're working with. After viewing the property/neighborhood we do a rent survey and call back the client to discuss how we can best meet their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff has degrees in Business Finance. Our owner is a Licensed CA Real Estate Broker. The entire staff takes annual fair housing classes. We are active members of NARPM (National Association of Property Managers) and the Apartment Association, California Southern Cities. Our entire staff is trained to utilize our cutting-edge property management software, Appfolio: which is used to generate monthly reports for our owners.
