FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The first thing they should know about our pricing is that it is in line or reflective of a Licensed Concrete Contractor , not a fy by night guy. Also I mean What I Say & Say What Mean 🙂🙂 And the last thing I say with all seriousness and the Utmost Respect . But "Good Work Aint Cheap & Cheap Work Aint Good". This doesn't mean Iam super expensive either. It just means now more than ever especially with Concrete, you get what you pay for .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for new Customers or any customers for that matter. Is that they will contact me & we'll have a phone consultation, usually ending with setting up an appointment to meet them and go over the project. At which point I will go back to my office put together an estimate/Proposal and email it to them. If they're happy with the Proposal then we'll schedule a start date . 🙂
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I dont have any formal training per say. I dont know of any trade schools for Concrete at all ever. But the best kind of training is on the Job Training working side by side next to a Journeyman Concrete Man. Experience is the Best Training!
