- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the minute. I have a card reader and accept all cards and cash. If your referral books an appointment with me, you will get $10 off your next session! I also have punch cards for clients that allows the option for a free home or office visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I find out why they are here. What problems are they having. Than I determine what their body needs to feel better again. Ask I'm working I'm getting the contracted muscles to relax and getting the myofascial to release. Improving blood flow and lymphatic circulation. Helping treat the skeletal muscle with pain and immobility.
