Josh is very attentive to individual needs and adjusts the workout to fit those needs. He is able to transform a workout at a moments notice depending on how your body is performing that particular day. Very helpful!Aug 23, 2017Verified
What I like most about training with Josh is that he knows how to get results safely. I tweaked my back during a workout, so I sought out a trainer to help me work through it, and Josh has done just that. His recently updated studio is awesome, too. And the workouts are interesting and keep me engaged.Apr 15, 2017Verified
I worked with Josh for two months and I couldn't have been happier with the progress I've made! I've lost 20 lbs, gotten so much stronger and learned how to stay healthy and active! He's supportive and fun to work with, and he cares about helping you achieving your goals.Jan 30, 2017Verified
Joshua is fantastic! He really takes the time to assess you, your needs, strengths and weakness to formulate a plan to get you where you want to be. He challenges you in a comfortable environment and gives you homework to do on off days. I would highly recommend Joshua for all of your personal training needs!Oct 16, 2016Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Training at Peak Conditioning and Fitness is a top notch, challenging experience, but it's going to take some time to get your results. I reward people who can make a year long, or even a 4 month commitment with lower rates. And you only pay a flat rate per month and get in person coaching with tons of support (lifestyle coaching, nutrition planning and education, planned extra workouts). Basically I help you plan every last little detail of your life (if desired) to make sure that you succeed. Even though most trainers charge per session, I don't want that to get in the way of getting the sessions that you need. I don't think you should have to pay extra for extra sessions or for help with your nutrition or for lifestyle coaching. I want you to have access to every session and resource available for one simple, flat price. Hire me, and you get an amazing coach on your personal staff!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been working with personal training clients for over 4 years. In 2012 studied for and certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) which is no easy task! During the same time frame I also completed an intensive apprenticeship with a cutting-edge facility in Costa Mesa, California: Innovative Results, Inc. Of course my background in collegiate sports (rugby, including a DII national championship with the University of Northern Colorado in 2005) and the active duty Marine Corps (from 2005-2010, I continue to serve in the Marine Corps Reserves) really enhances what I can bring to clients. I understand what it takes to achieve goals: even really hard ones!
- What types of customers have you worked with?I have worked with big variety of people! I've worked with the mom that wants to tone up and feel sexy again and the weekend warrior that wants to ace his mud run. I've worked with the model who needs to cut for her big photo shoot and the older gal who wants to age gracefully and actively. I've worked with those struggling with obesity, and guys who are scrawny and desperately need to pack on some muscle. I've helped teenagers prepare for military bootcamp and experienced vets prepare for special forces selection. I've worked with high school athletes, college athletes on scholarship, and even some pro fighters. But no matter what someone is trying to achieve, my favorite people to work with are those who are ready to be a sponge, learn all that they can from me and are ready to sweat a little and make their dreams happen. Oh, yeah, and I LOVE underdogs!
