Introduction: David Killinger sets the standard in customer experience, positive attitude, being pro-active, and negotiating hard for you in every real estate transaction. Being an “Air-Force brat” David’s family settled in the Aurora area in 1981, and he has lived or worked in many corners of the Denver Metro area. David received his Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Northern Colorado and since 2002 has made his home in multiple Northern Colorado cities while currently residing in Firestone and the Carbon Valley since 2005. If you can’t find David at home with his amazing Wife and 3 kids 10 and under, you likely will find him on the golf course. As an avid golfer, David enjoys competing during the summer months on local amateur tours and leagues. David also enjoys bird hunting with friends and family whenever the weather does not allow for golf. David is also an active musician, and spent 3 summer tours with The Blue Knights Drum and Bugle Corps of Denver and The Phantom Regiment of Rockford/Loves Park Illinois where he learned a lot about discipline, teamwork and time management. David also was a member of the 4 time Winterguard International World Champion Blue Knights Percussion Ensemble. David later went on to become Executive Director of the Blue Knights Percussion Ensemble, leading them to back to back Finalist finishes. He still enjoys composing percussion music and choreography for high school bands across the state.
