- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices include my creative fee/time, file processing/editing/standard retouching, and private gallery access to the final, high-resolution digital downloads.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Project kick-off: questions via email/phone (date/time, customer expectations/deliverables, review shot list, if applicable). Touch base: either day before or the morning of to confirm. Photo Session: I’ll arrive ~30 min or an hour beforehand (depending on requirements/lighting) to set-up and/or scout the area. Previews: Customer will receive 2-3 preview images within 24 hours Downloads: When paid in full, the customer receives a link to their private gallery within 7 business days.
