- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a small business located in Longwood, FL, our low overhead costs allow us to give our customers great prices! Having an AC repaired or replaced is a major home expense, and choosing a fair and honest company is important. While we do charge a small fee for most house visits (to meet our costs of travel and employee time), we waive it if you pick us, so don't let that scare you. We do run discounts on our maintenance plans all throughout the year, so check those out!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule our new customer appointments over the phone or through the Thumbtack site. We will ask your for your name, address, and a phone number. Then on the day of your appointment, one of our lead technicians will give you a call when he is on the way. If you are having a system repaired, we'll identify the problem and then explain the repairs needed. We'll provide you a detailed invoice and answer any questions you have. If you approve, we will fix the problem at the agreed price. In most cases we will have your system up and running in that same visit! If you are having a new system installed, we will provide your quote during our first visit and then book a convenient installation time. We do not contract any work our to other companies, so you will see our same friendly My AC Solution employees putting your system in! We accept credit cards, checks, and cash.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has decades of combined experience in A/C service, repairs and installations! Our technicians have completed field training, trade school training, equipment seminars from our vendors, and yearly training on building code updates. We educate all of our employees on our company values, upholding outstanding and honest work, excellent customer service, jobsite safety, cleanliness and more so you can always expect the same excellent quality service.
