My dogs love Scottie. He’s very professional, and you can tell he’s been doing this a long time. He does great work and I will hire him again and again.May 25, 2018Verified
Quick and easy meet and greet before the job started, professionalism, took my job on a last minute basis and were very responsive throughout. Recommend.Jul 3, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Our pricing structure is very simple: Out of town travel - $17 per visit Ongoing middays - $10 per visit Overnight stays - $65 per night We understand nobody likes financial surprises so there are never any hidden fees, taxes, extra charges, cancellation penalties or holiday increases.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We always set up a "new client interview" before your first trip or beginning midday walks. This allows your pets to meet us (husband & wife only, no employees) so they can recognize who will be caring for them when you're not there. Once we've done the initial interview we consider you "on file" and will be available for anything you need going forward. Most clients have us keep a key so there's never any concern about accessing the house. This is very helpful if you have a last minute emergency trip (and we never charge extra for last minute booking).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We acquired out first dog shortly after getting married in 1992. I brought home the first stray a little less than a year later and we dove headfirst into the world of rescue. Throughout the 90s Kathleen was the Miniature Pinscher rescue person in the Orlando area and we found new homes for over 200 dogs. Our family also grew during that timeframe. By the early 2000s we had 18 dogs of our own! All of this real-world experience with so many pups (and a good number of kitties too) provided an invaluable education in animal care.
