What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are dependent on project size. Non-profit and Florida businesses receive 20% off their first website! Marketing is a retainer based price, depending on clients needs and goals, retainers differ between 3, 6, or 12 months.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First comes an initial consultation, to get an idea of a project and understand the customers wants and what their businesses' goals are. Then I create a detailed plan including strategies, web design, social media implementation, and structure of website. I then send over to customer for review, where I upgrade or make changes and then add content. Testing phase is next, I test the website across all browsers and mobile devices. Final stage is my favorite: GO LIVE!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Associates Degree from Seminole State College of Florida in computer science/web design. With an undergrad degree in digital marketing
