B’s Lawn Care And More

First the date of service was Thursday June 14th. My kids were there because the sitter did not show up and I decided to bring them rather than rescheduling. When I took the job it said the grass was 6 inches or less. That was not the case. There was areas with saplings that were three feet tall and the grass over a foot tall. I was told that all hazards would be marked. That too was not true. I ran over a mental pole that was sticking out of the ground and bent one of my shafts on my deck. I didn’t complain I kept going. I spent Friday morning replacing the shaft. I then started my Friday route which would have put me back at this location around 4, however it started raining. It rained Saturday, Sunday was father’s day and I spent it with my kids, Monday it rained, Tuesday it rained and yesterday I removed and finished the project. She never seen the trimmer and blower because she never opened up the topper on my truck. I stopped because I did not bring my trimmer with a blade to cut down the large saplings and it was pushing 8 o’clock at night. She called me Friday at 6pm I told her I was rained out. She has sent numerous messages which I returned on thumbtack.

Please explain horrible. You didn’t not request bagging and taking away. Your grass was 8 inches tall. I blew it out the best I had with the equipment that I brought. You where not home and the lady that paid me said it looked great. She also didn’t have the amount. That was quoted so I TOOK LESS than we agreed on. The one side of The yard was already butcher from whoever tryied to mowed previously. Simply giving someone a bad rating because you didn’t not explain what you want is rediculous. Second, you never reached out or tried to contact me. I always and will always stand by my work. If you want I bagged I’ll come and sweep it but that was not included in the $30 we agreed upon. I stopped my normal route to come take care of your lawn. I mowed a trimmed which is what your request was for. I blew off the side walk and driveway. Not sure what you expected me to do differently.
