I have known Mike Martin for over 20 years and he is very hard working, always punctual, reliable, organized and efficient! A few years ago he did a wonderful job removing carpet from my living room, hallway and stairs and replaced with new hardwood, blending and refinishing with my existing kitchen hardwood. Vinyl and laminate floating installation Nail or staple down $1.99 sq ft Also glue dow $3.49 to $3.99 * Wood re-finishing and other handyman services depend on labor and materials to be included in the specific job or project. * Hourly Rate is: $25.00 - $45.00 Per Hour, depending on complexity of labor requirements.

I have over 30 years of hardwood flooring and general construction experience. I have 20 years experience in remodeling homes and general handyman services.
