Depends on customer and their requirements. Differentiator for myself is the quick results.

I ensure I understand the objective of the participant. Often it includes 'confidence-building' which is my strength in working with others.

Degree is in Human Relations/Organization Behavior. 5 years as lead speaking instructor for OCA-San Mateo Hundreds of confidence-building/career seminars in many venues including career centers, women/men coming from shelters, veterans and youth.
