Introduction: I have what has been called an 'amazing technique' for ensuring participants feel comfortable within themselves. This allows fear to lessen and quickly builds authentic communication with an audience in any scenario. My youth from East Palo Alto recently won the Technical Festival at Stanford against much more experienced people. I have led hundreds of career transition/confidence-building seminars and have been the lead instructor the past 5 years for OCA San Mateo.
