FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My goal is to help people, which is why I like to keep my rates low. Each hypnotherapy session includes hypnosis and coaching modalities customized to address your specific needs and requests. A standard session lasts 90 minutes, with the exception of the first session, which is 120 minutes. The cost of a hypnotherapy session is $250. This price includes an audio recording of your hypnosis session for you to use at home to reinforce the therapy between sessions. The audio comes to you in high-quality MP3 format via email, so you can easily save it to your phone or MP3 player and listen to it at night before you go to bed. Each session comes with a new audio recording. Reinforcement is key in how the mind learns new, positive habits, so your audio recordings are key added value for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It matters to me that you get exactly what you come in for. For this reason, I am happy to provide up to 20 minutes for a preliminary phone consultation at no charge for all first-time clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated with honors at the world-renowned Hypnosis Motivation Institute (HMI) and was awarded The HMI Director's Award and The HMI Clinical Achievement Award for Outstanding Accomplishment During Clinical Residency. HMI is the first and only college of hypnotherapy nationally accredited by an accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education in Washington, D.C. The 12-month training at HMI includes an intensive six-month internship of practical experience at a hypnotherapy clinic, under the supervision of staff instructors holding teaching credentials from the State Department of Education. I also hold a Masters Degree from the European Ivy League Paris Institute of Political Science (Sciences Po Paris) and a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Cape Town, South Africa.
