- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Cases may either be based on an hourly fee basis, or on a contingency fee basis (no recovery, no fee.) It is a case by case determination. All fee arrangements will be clearly discussed and put in writing prior to commencement of any legal work to avoid any surprises. We hate surprises, and face it, so do you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We strive to maintain a close and harmonious relationship with our clients. We want to understand each other's feelings and ideas, and additionally want to communicate well.
