Emily did an amazing job with our extended family photos and I would highly recommend her! She was easy to work with and communicate with and the pictures tired out great! We had nine people, including 3 kids ages 3-4 who were rather uncooperative, but she captured so many amazing pictures and she did a great job at capturing all the different combinations of people in our group. We even surprised her with the news that I was pregnant mid-shoot and she was able to capture some great maternity picture too. I loved her mix of candid photos and staged photos - it gives a great selection to choose from for everyone’s different preferences.

Having Emily as our photographer for our engagement photos was the best decision! She was professional but easy to work with. This was our first time working with a professional photographer and she made it so much fun! She responded to a request on Thumbtack and we were able to schedule a shoot for the next weekend. She came prepared with poses and favorite spots at the place we selected. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge an hourly rate which includes a set amount of photos. I customize packages for clients based on need. I'm happy to offer discounts to returning customers and for referrals.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will consult with my client about what their goal via phone or video chat. My goal is to work with you to create the best portraits for you!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained under the direction of my father, Jim Mandeville, Director of Photography for the Jack Nicklaus and The Nicklaus Companies, which I attribute to instilling my passion for photography.
