- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I cover the LA County and San Diego County. So while my pricing system mirrors one another for the different services I provide--a travel fee is charged for services outside my 50 mile radius.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
*Initial phone consultation. Ascertain the client's needs to discover where the magic must begin. *Next up: In person consultation to home or space. Figure out client's goals for project. *Create a plan to accomplish goal(s).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Bachelor's of Science in Environmental Health and Safety Management and a Minor in Fashion Merchandising. I worked as a Safety Manager right out of college and found out rather quickly that it wasn't for me. After a stint in retail management and a decade plus as a flight attendant, I opened my first eco-friendly business designing post-consumer recycled handbags. Then I became the owner of my current eco-friendly business: ReHab 2 ReFab Professional Organizing, Home Staging and Redesign. I married my two loves: decorating and organizing with the very degree I ran away from all those years ago. Whoever said the Universe has a wicked sense of humor wasn't kidding...
