- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I think it is important that people get the help they need when they are seeking it. If a discount will make that possible, I am open to that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is to have the client express their problems and what they would consider a good solution. Then we work together to get to that solution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS and MS in education with experience in curriculum design so that I have been able to design a course, 3 Steps to Transform Your Relationship Experience. Also, I have a DTM (Distinguished Toastmaster) indicating my accomplishment in leadership and communication and I am a QS (Qualified Speaker) . I am also Chair of Speakers Bureau in District One Toastmasters.
